We have always invested heavily in the training, learning and development of employees so it is disappointing to hear this did not suit your needs. Our Talent Development team also have an extensive offering of online learning materials to support self-learning and on the job training. We are proud of the robust Education Assistance programme offered by Citco, a policy that is applicable to all staff upon joining. We will of course take your feedback on-board regarding communication around setting clear expectations for all new joiners. I appreciate that due to the cyclical nature of our business, it means that there are certain times of the year when people are extraordinarily busy.
