I am pleased to hear you mention flexibility options, such as working from home, as we recently launched MyFlex to give employees and managers more flexibility in the ways we work. We do recognise that the client focussed nature does often lead to longer hours than we would like. We do try to balance this with policies and practices to support and promote employee wellbeing and work life balance.
