      Office politics, management harassing people, people harassing people, promotions are sometimes based on connections and not by the employees performance and contributions, compensation does not meet with workload, unwanted or forced inter-department assistance.

Industry exposure is often mentioned as a positive of working here. I am surprised to hear about some of the behaviour you mention, as this is not the Citco I recognise.       Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
