It is important that people feel that they are rewarded fairly for what they do, as a result of employee engagement surveys we have introduced MyCareer this year to which we have seen hundreds of promotions globally and has been a huge success.       Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
