I appreciate your point regarding career growth & assistance with education programmes, this is an area we are constantly striving to improve upon and have rolled out several measures to ensure this is a priority for everyone. Currently our employees can avail of educational assistance and we have also launched new initiatives in the last year including MyCareer, which allows our people to own their own career progression and development.       Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
