Overtime is something that we are managing within the leadership team to ensure that teams are adequately staffed, and have the tools and resources to complete their jobs effectively.       Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
