      We appreciate you taking the time to leave your comments regarding your time at Citco. It is important that our employees feel that they are rewarded fairly for what they do. We are continuously looking at our compensation practices to ensure that we remain competitive within the market. We recognize that in our line of business there may be additional hours that need to be worked during peak times.       Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
