We recognise that the cyclical nature of our business means there are certain times of the year when people are extraordinarily busy. We acknowledge the importance of a healthy work/life balance and the time an individual needs between work and other aspects of life.       Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
