Risposta di Citco
6yWe appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. At Citco we take these comments very seriously. Citco complies with all of the regulations set out by the Ministry of Labour including the regulations you mentioned around working hours. It is Citco’s intention to keep overtime hour requirements to a minimum, however, there are certain points in the operating cycle where additional hours may be required in order to meet specific deadlines, and provide high quality service to our clients. Employees are required to enter their hours on a weekly basis and Managers review and approve time cards to ensure that the time card is accurate. It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure that their hours are entered accurately against the contributions made in a given week. We are not aware of any timecards being falsified. Citco makes a copy of the Ministry of Labour Information sheet (titled: Information Sheet for Employees about Hours of Work and Overtime) available on our internal HR site to ensure every employee is aware of their rights on this topic. Although you are no longer employed at Citco, if there is a specific case that you are aware of I would encourage you to reach out to Human Resources so they can be investigated accordingly.
