9yIT Guy, I'm sorry your experience of Citco was not a positive one. Because of the nature of our work, our IT environment is, by necessity, bound by very strict privacy guidelines and robust internal due diligence making it complex and challenging.
Citco has a large EU presence across multiple EU countries and takes the regionalised labour legislation very seriously indeed. You refer to US HR not understanding the EU labour laws, this may be the case, but we have a very strong and dedicated HR function operating across Europe with necessary legislative expertise. I wonder did you raise your concerns with local HR so that they might be alerted to practices that did not conform with local legislation? Your feedback is noted. Thank-you. I will certainly review current practice within France to ensure that Citco practices are aligned with best practice in France.
