      Offices are central when forced back to come in, company likes to spend money on Summer and Christmas parties

      Stuck in old times re: ability to work from home, 2 to 3 days p/week in office when no one clearly wants to be there except management at high levels, really need to look at salary and bonus levels, worst of my 10+ yrs working, pension and health benefits could be better

With this said, we would encourage you to explore more internal communication channels available to find a balanced schedule that works for you!       Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
