For Upper Management, everyone is replaceable so you're just another employee to them
You should be able to handle tasks of up to 3 people here since resignees are not being replaced right away - they will make you cover for the tasks of those resignees
Company events are mediocre as if it was a small company
No KPI/KPIs/performance management are just another admin tasks to them they don't focus on this seriously therefore No growth overtime
There's no defined process on promotion/There's no direction in your career you just have to tolerate/validate your bosses
No Work Life balance overall

Multiple surveys given for feedbacks but no improvements on the constructive feedback/HR/management don't listen to feedbacks
