      Nothing. I just quit. Worst work life balance, the fund accounting team works 12+ hours everyday. Sometimes 18 hours, this is just crazy and nobody cares.

      Management does not care, they just want work to be completed. They also stay. The whole team works till 1 AM almost everyday. So much workload and improper leadership.

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
