      Thank you for the 4 stars! Our culture fosters a sense of camaraderie amongst colleagues and having a balance of in office/remote work is part of getting back to this culture. The client focused nature of our business can sometimes affect the hours in which we work. We try to balance this with policies and practices that promote and support health and wellbeing.       Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
