      oxic internal politics can stifle innovation and open communication. There is an ingrained “dynasty” of long-tenured staff who resist change and prioritize loyalty over merit. Leaders often maintain the status quo even at the cost of inefficiencies. New ideas are often dismissed unless they come from "insiders" or favored circles. Limited career growth unless you’re part of the inner circle. Feedback mechanisms are weak; concerns raised are not always addressed constructively.

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
