The investments the company has made over the past year or two are starting to pay dividends. The company is well positioned for growth, which is beneficial for all current and future employees. With the monthly all-hands meetings and the roll-out of Jive Daily, the lines of communications have never been more open. Companies are a lot like battleships -- they require a lot of leeway to change directions and it takes time to get from where you are to where you want to be. This company is mid-way through the course correction - it's come a long way, and there are still a few hurdles to overcome. But it is definitely heading in the right direction.

This is a small mid-size company, which means several people still play multiple critical roles. The company must make difficutt choices on how to spend limited funds -- hiring additional BD and capture resources focused on long term growth versus making marginal changes to benefits (which are fairly competitive already).
