In the last few years, Citizant has created and invested in a strong focus on "human experience" -- doing everything we can to treat all our employees, partners, and customers the right way all the time. So many employees have told us that they've never experienced a supportive, caring culture like this in a government contracting company. Our "HX" team puts a lot of energy into communicating with our employees frequently; hosting social connection events for our distributed workforce; and supporting our employee resource groups. The company has also promoted or hired several new leaders in the last 2-3 years, and these experienced professionals are making sure that we run the company in the right way. So far we are balancing our commitments to customers and employees with a focus on growing our business to create new jobs and professional growth opportunities for current employees.
