The commission structure is very much catered to their mandarin speakers, there’s absolutely no way you can reach to 2%, which discourages the associates from even trying to push their sales. Corporate is constantly micromanaging and checking the cameras because they can’t trust their own employees. Upper management is an absolute joke! Zero training due to them not even knowing their own product and expect the associates to teach others when it’s the managers job. They don’t care about your well being, they just see you as another body. The staff is miserable due to the lack of communication from the store manager and their punctuality. There is zero room for growth in this company.
