Mike - has a hard time with follow through. His promises are real, he just can't implement. Engineering team needs a strong, truly experienced as a leader, CTO. They are craving leadership and do not have it Marketing - same as above. Knee jerk reactions are made by leadership that are very reactive No values / not sure how much interest is there in developing them or a real culture
