First off, many of the positive reviews here are copy pasted to keep the score up. Image is everything to this company, but there is zero investment in substance. They love NDA's that try to prevent you from saying anything negative about the company. Favoritism runs rampant here. Operations executives will micromanage outside of their job role and employee concerns are immediately disregarded. Pay is a joke with zero transparency. Employees at the same level will have pay discrepancies up to $20k based on how much they worship upper management. There are employees who WILL rat on their coworkers for favor here. HR is ineffective and the company will go out of their way to cover up drunken obscene behavior which happens on an almost weekly basis. Yes there is a bar in the office. Higher up employees WILL get drunk and WILL violate multiple HR policies. If you're LGBT here, your intimate life will be pried into by drunk managers and coworkers. Sales is everything without any thought to actually substantiating promises made to clients. Product delays are rampant and blame is regularly thrown at anyone who is there at the wrong time. Avoid the company like an infection. They will use you, take credit for your work, and fire you the instant you push back.
