Low Salary - They don't pay you as an intern. They promise the opportunity to be a regular worker, but the fact is they postpone it without any excuse just because they don't want to pay you. Even if the full-time workers here, they start with minimum pay ($12/h) with little chance to get promoted.
Poor Management: The management doesn't know how to run the business. They rely on salespeople too much but neglect the importance of marketing or BD.
Poor Internal Environment: Too much drama goes on in this firm: employees fight, CEO doesn't pay the salary on time, people don't get judged by their work capabilities but appearance or wealth instead,...
