Can be a bit rigid in level and step increases rather than rewarding overachieving staff

Security of working for a government organization without the government red tape. Positive work atmosphere and accommodating management.

The only downside I can think of is that there aren't bonuses because it is a government organization and that just not a common practice in government organizations.
