I HAD an AMAZING leader, but just like every good person that walks through the door, they were made redundant which isn't a pro, but the excellent leadership was.

Redundancies are regular and often. Don't get comfortable even for a minute. I've had 14 managers in 5 years. They FINALLY had an amazing leader who was driving great successes and they got rid of her with nothing but a slide show presentation naming another leader who was taking her place. The directors are forever changing. They make all these changes and then the directors leave soon after, next guy comes in and the process repeats itself, over and over and over and over and over again. The treatment is disgusting and it's not a one off. People are booted out the door with no communication. It used to be a nice place to work but it's not even close to 'ok' anymore. Everyone has thier eyes on the market looking externally at the moment. Work here as a last resort.
