Their SF office is open for those in the Bay Area who want to go in, but it's strictly based on preference and there is no judgment if you don't want to go in. - Work is challenging and interesting. There's decent role mobility over time so that you can work on different things.

The current executive leadership is maybe the most likely to reverse that trend, but it is an ongoing challenge. - Overall, healthcare analytics is a challenging segment - pretty much every company among Clarify's peer set is having a tough time with growth
