Summer Fridays and vacation is decent, other benefits are reasonably good, there are a decent number of really great workers and good people at the company. HR and management seems more than fair to employees when it comes to firings and layoffs.

As a result of the constant acquisitions, there are far too many databases, too many layoffs, and not enough communication between a couple of departments and the rest of the company. Customer Service is inconsistent to customers due to the lack of uniformity with the databases and lack of concern of one or two managers.

Overall, the people are pleasant.

Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded
