Very welcoming. Training is fun, very inclusive. Pay is okay, could be better for all job tasks.

They tell you it'll take you 90 days to get the full scope of your role and responsibilities, but fire within 30 days of being in production. You have no mentor help after the first week and a half. Most of your calls are foreigners who have a hard time speaking English. They utilize almost 20 systems for a job that could honestly take 3 maybe 4. The tools use for directions on the job are outdated and unorganized.

Overall, the people are pleasant.

Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded
