      Dream of unicorning is a delusion, they are more likely to go out of business after burning through all their cash. BlackRock won't keep pouring cash into a startup that is lagging sales targets, especially in a challenging macro environment where BlackRock's other investments are losing money. Competitors such as MSCI and Sustainalytics are more established and are profitable. Is it really "AI" and if so why is their data old? Buying data from Factset and other providers isn't a winning business model long term.

      I am a new joiner, and the onboarding experience has been beneficial. On my first day, I was given a thorough onboarding guide through their preferred portal, Bamboo. The platform helps keep track of what you completed and any outstanding items. In addition, the team greeted me with a warm welcome. Everyone is excited and passionate about Clarity AI's mission. I am very motivated to get up to speed as quickly as possible.
