Highly respected firm focused on pursuing high profile and "real" (funded) projects. Central IT support is excellent. They do not play the political or "payolla" games to get work. They can depend on their performance record but can come across as arrogant.

Upper management is conflict avoidant in dealing with leaders who berate and manage by intimidation. Employees who are exceptional but lacking in tenure are taken advantage of and not fairly compensated in salary or bonus. Sharing resources for the pursuit of projects that are good for the company does not happen. Three different divisions are too autonomous to row in the same direction. Company has a reputation as claims happy and not being team players on projects.
