      I have friends working their lives away at other firms--sure we work hard here but this firm really seems to get it. How I'm challenged and how much I'm learning. I feel appreciated.

      I was going to say more social events...but we're going to Keeneland tomorrow :) The work anytime anywhere policy is great, but I wish there were more people in the office to hang out with.

That's exactly what our Anytime Anywhere policy is meant to make possible. On the bonus front, there's actually more available than it might seem day-to-day. We have a few different bonus opportunities tied to things like referrals, new business and earning professional designations.
