The management is somehow ensuring that people leave this organisation. The increments are negligible. HR decides the increments and promotions. People managers have no say and are specifically disallowed to contribute to the performance review process. India HR, along with US HR, have brought this organization down to unacceptable norms. Very weird, unfavorable and stringent policies are being implemented for no reason. Everything they do is copied from Eisner Amper. Anyone who stands up to speak the truth is being silenced and penalized. It is not at all a place to be if you expect career and financial growth.

We would like to clarify certain concerns that you mentioned, specifically regarding salary adjustments. We use at least three national, reputable compensation sources to regularly evaluate our compensation benchmarks and stay up to date on industry standards, along with performance evaluations to compensate our associates appropriately. Our people managers do collaborate with our human resources and operations teams to ensure adjustments are made appropriately once per year (at the end the end of the fiscal year). Regarding policy changes, we assure you that our procedures involve a multifaceted process that includes the highest levels of our organization.
