Not very innovative, some old-school methods are still used, the company can't keep the valuable employees and many colleagues have left the company being not happy with the management or lack of promotions, no promotions and very low salary increase, not very interesting projects

There is a lot of oppurtunity for new starters to get exposed to every aspect of engineering.

The working environment could be better. Benefits compared to other companies is small I.e. holiday allowance.
