This company is in serious trouble. Multiple lay offs over the past year, big budget issues, very weak executive leadership across the board. They are so focused on hiring people for very low wages that they failed to see how poorly the business is doing overall. The people in the field are doing good work, but there is so much being dumped on them (due to layoffs), that they are leaving too. It's a mess. Look elsewhere, there are plenty of other good companies out there with good leadership.

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Svantaggi

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
