Lack of trust for management. If they do not like you, you will not last long. Anyone too eager to learn is a threat to those in charge. There are no supervisors, they call themselves your "bosses" Benefits are expensive for "Employee +1" and "Family" Although "Family" is cheaper than "Employee +1" Training consists of reading the Employee Manual that is ever changing without your knowledge Too much training puts your "bosses" at a disadvantage, therefore, it does not happen too often. Integrity is not a part of their philosophy. "Team" is only used during the interview and orientation.

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Svantaggi

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
