This position only paid for face-to-face hours making pay very unsteady if consumers were unreliable. All documentation was completed on your own computer on your own time from home (only paid $5-$10 nonbillable time per pay period). All transporting is done in your personal vehicle (fine if you are in a city but not good in rural areas). Not enough training opportunities. Not much opportunity for advancement. Insurance was high deductible. Vacation time was limited.
