Low pay, poor management, favoritism, under appreciated, undervalued and overworked, no support, extremely large caseloads, back-to-back appointments with no downtime to complete additional required work, no 401K match, low vacation/personal time, poor work environment

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
