      - poor supervision for clinicians (particularly new therapists) - overall agency productivity levels are constantly talked about, creating a high-pressure environment that did not put client wellness first - poor communication: expectations/responsibilities/roles of employees were often unclear

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Svantaggi

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
