Ethical Issues and poor mangement - Recensione dipendente - School Based Therapist presso Clarvida

I was offered a full time position after being part time for 2 years and was given a salary that I budgeted around and accepted the position. On my "1st" full time day I was told that the salary that I was offered (2 months prior) was going to be significantly less than what I was originally offered. I was devastated, and then was informed that I was not presently actually employed because of the time between part and full time. BUT I still had access to all of the client's information during this "gap" in my employment with FPS. UNETHICAL, poor management. They take no responsibility for their poor actions and the GOOD people that work there get trapped in the middle.
