      Had great staff before the changes

      Do not support there employers. I have had 4 different Clinical Supervisors in the last 3 months. Feels like I’m a on sinking ship. Changes my position to hourly after being salary. Only care about the money for billing and the employees

      Thank you for your feedback. We know your time is valuable. Virginia has seen a lot of changes in the TDT service line and had to implement several changes to our services provided. We take feedback such as your seriously and will use, as appropriate, any and all feedback to improve our processes and/or policies.

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Svantaggi

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
