      Base pay is not enough to live on. Incentive pay is good but it takes a miracle to get it. No support and very little training.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your thoughts. Family Preservation Services works hard to ensure our rates are competitive in the state and assess this often. Our IIH salary plus plan is a typical pay plan for that program across other providers in the state.       Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Svantaggi

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
