      Leadership is not supportive. They will make promises they never keep. The pay is poor. No work life balance here.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We take feedback such as this seriously and will use, as appropriate, any and all feedback to improve our processes. We assess our pay and benefits often to ensure we are competitive and offer more time off than most providers in Virginia to allow for more work/life balance.

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Svantaggi

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
