- Underpaid for the area and amount of work you put in. Its difficult to stay motivated when some clients you serve make more an hour than you do. -The ever changing policies are annoying to adjust to and throws a wrench in your gears of daily operation. -There is a Quantity over Quality atmosphere when it comes to producing. Gotta make money, I guess. But when there's a concentration on increasing production, quality drops and the program gets reamed for that. It's a never ending cycle, which is the ACTUAL problem. I'm just waiting for someone to derail the hamster wheel so real improvement can occur. -The benefits are awful and costly for what you are offered. When you make just enough to get by its difficult to see money go into expensive and unhelpful healthcare, your retirement account, or other benefits you may need. -Stingy on mileage reimbursement. - No career growth opportunities unless you're a licensed therapist, which makes no sense because leadership roles should require more business orientated education and experience regarding budgets and maintaining company culture.
