      The administration and high ups do not see the value in there staff but are driving by profit. Do not see staff as worthy of higher pay unfortunately.

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Svantaggi

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
