      Vantaggi

      Great holidays PTO, great coworkers and direct supervisors. Great place to challenge yourself and gain experience especially if you're a new grad. Position is a mix of case management and helping clients change their behaviors (not therapy). Pay is ok, reimbursement for driving

      Svantaggi

      Overload you with cases, can feel like unrealistic expectations are put on you, challenging population, can easily get burned out, PPO insurance isn't great, slight turnover rate for this particular position, lots of driving to see clients, hard to move up without a masters degree

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Svantaggi

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
