      It's nice being able to work with the general public and helping those people who need/want mental health and substance use treatment to live happier, healthier lives.

      Svantaggi

      Don't expect them to give you a pay raise....if ever. Management put a stop to the weekly lunches we had with our drug representatives.

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Svantaggi

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
