      During the school year a lot of cases are available so getting hours not a problem.

      Summer is the slow season if you are not full time you will not get as much hours as you did during the school year.

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Svantaggi

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
