Owner absolutely does not care, hardly ever shows up to work and when he does, he avoids his staff at all costs. Owner’s family has checked out as well, collecting a pay check while the rest of the company is drowning trying to keep the company afloat. Management didn’t hold designers or installers accountable for years leading to a decline in customer service, product, and service quality so they had to start resorting to advertising for the first time because customers were no longer recommending Classy Closets to friends and neighbors anymore. No raises, no recognition, just endless misery unless you’re in the inner circle. Don’t bother going to HR because owners kids are the legal/HR team. Absolutely corrupt, willfully ignorant, callous, dishonest, and uncaring for your success as an individual, willing to throw you under the bus immediately for any reason that suits their purposes. They don’t care as long as they continue to get paid.
