With all the entities under one roof, you are able to connect with colleagues you may be isolated from in other settings. You are trusted and expected to do your job without a lot of hand holding, but are never made to feel like you can’t approach managers/mentors for guidance. If you’re looking for a challenging role and enjoy a fast paced environment, Clayco is the perfect place.

The open concept is fun, but can be somewhat distracting. There's always amazing food, so you're guaranteed to gain 10 pounds in your first year.

Thank you for taking the time out to share your thoughts! We are proud of our unique culture and the successful people here enjoy the autonomy and fast pace. Our people are our most valuable assets so, making sure we all are able to discuss important matters with management is of highest priority. Good thing we have an on site fitness center to offset having lots food around here.
