They value having a good work atmosphere, which promotes better company culture from what I've seen. This includes providing various gourmet lunches every day for all the in-office staff and having company outings. Also, they provide the opportunity for interns to visit various job site throughout the summer.

The hours aren't as flexible for interns, but I think that's common with most internships.
