Toxic work environment - Recensione dipendente - IT Service Desk Technician presso Clayco

Company does not have a human resources department despite having thousands and thousands of employees. Executives are degrading and disrespectful and no HR to report that to. Understaffed in the IT department and expected to work extreme on call hours when it was your turn in the rotation. Expected to work normal shift and entire evening until 9pm during the week, then had to be available Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM- 9PM.
