They know the negative ones are coming. The CEO has professional videos created stating he cares about his employees. NOT. We have not had raises in 4 years. But they keep buying more companies and adding to our work load. No raises and benefits get worse and worse. But we get a free ice cream every summer. So if you plan on coming to interview. DON'T.
